• $200.00 Security / Cleaning Deposit due upon booking
• Season Dates: April thru November
• Rates based on 4 people or less
• Per Day (3 Day Minimum) $230.00
• Weekend (2 Night Rental) $575.00
• Weekly $1,200.00
• Additional charges apply for occupancy over 4
• RATES DO NOT INCLUDE A 2% KELLEYS ISLAND OR 4% ERIE COUNTY TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX

Cancellation

• 30 days or more notice: If vacancy can be filled $100 of Security / Cleaning Deposit and Rental Fee will be returned.
• 30 days or more notice: If not re-rented Security / Cleaning Deposit of $200.00 kept and the Rental Fee amount returned.
• Less than 30 days notice: No Rental Fee will be forwarded to the tenant, but full Security / Cleaning deposit of $200.00 will be returned

• Check In Time: 4:00PM (early check-in if available for $50)
• Check Out Time: 11:00AM
